The physical and mechanical properties of the hard and soft tissues of the tooth are considered on the basis of literary, as well as their own experimental and calculation data. The results of the measurement of the impregnation of enamel, intact and with caries, as well as the study of the arrogance of the enamel of the teeth after cooling to ultra -low temperatures (4.2 K) are presented. The attitude of H/E enamel and dentin is analyzed in comparison with other materials. The matrix of elastic constant dentin and enamel is visualized. Particular attention is paid to elastic modules, parameters of elastic anisotropy and Poisson"s coefficient dentin and enamel as anisotropic medium of hexagonal symbolium. The possibility of this approach is due to data on the morphology of hard tooth tissues as a biocomposite with a collagen matrix and a mineral component in the form of apatitis crystals. Within the framework of this model, it was established that the Poisson Dentin coefficient in certain areas of deformation is higher than the theoretical limit of 0.5 for isotropic materials, including compositional, which may affect the quality of restorations. It was also found that the minimum values of the Poisson Dentin and enamel coefficient are more than zero, that is, both dentin and enamel are not auxes - materials with a negative Poisson coefficient. Data on elastic properties, viscosity of the destruction and strength of the perose tissues, the periodontal ligament and the mucous membrane of the mouth, as well as hydroxyapatitis crystals are given.
