The training manual (workbook) contains information materials and tasks designed for self-training of students for practical classes on the topic "Material science in orthopedic dentistry". The training manual outlines basic information about the composition, properties, traditional and latest technologies for the use of structural (main) and auxiliary dental materials for dentures.
The publication uses photos of products of leading domestic and world manufacturers of dental materials allowed for use in the Russian Federation. When developing a training manual, the authors took into account the requirements of the regulatory framework and the federal state standard of the third generation. The structure of the training manual is based on the standardization of topics and tasks in accordance with the requirements for the development of competencies in the module "Material science in orthopedic dentistry". Questions and test tasks for self -control are unified.
