The training manual was prepared at the Department of Propaedeutics of Dental Diseases of the Institute of Dentistry named after E.V. Borovsky FGAOU in the First MGMU named after I. M. Sechenov of the Ministry of Health of Russia (Sechenov University) and the Department of Orthopedic Dentistry and Orthodontics with a course of propaedeutics of dental diseases of the Federal State Budgetary Institution in the Ryazgm in the Russian Ministry of Health in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard of Secondary Professional Education in the specialty 31.05 Orthopedic.
The training manual presents the features of the organization of orthodontic assistance, the structure of the dental laboratory, the characteristic of periods of development of the dentition, the types of abnormalities of the teeth, dentitions and occlusion, the structures of orthodontic devices used for their treatment.
