The manual contains the basic principles of using the methodology of classical manual testing of skeletal muscles, the history of its development, clinical and physiological justification and diagnostic technique within the framework of this technique are sequentially outlined. The issues of anatomy and biomechanics of each muscle are highlighted. Particular attention is paid to the main indicators of muscle disorders.
