The book sets out basic information on the theory of electrocardiography necessary for the doctor to analyze the ECG. The ECG registration methods are described in various leads and modifications, the basics of practical analysis, the ecto diagnosis of coronary heart disease, including acute myocardial infarction, rhythm and heart conductivity, combined arrhythmias, changes in the ECG for myocardial hypertrophy, various diseases and syndrome. A large illustrative material selected from the author’s own perennial observations is presented. Examples of analysis of complex unique electrocardiograms are given. Additions were made to the new edition regarding the differential ECG diagnostics with changes in the morphology of the ventricular complex, heart rhythm and conductivity disorders and in other conditions.
