The training manual in a simple and laconic form discusses the issues of epidemiology and pathogenesis of rare and complex in diagnostic terms of liver vessels. International clinical recommendations for the diagnosis, tactics of conducting and treating patients with diseases of the liver vessels are presented. The main nosological forms of chronic diseases, accompanied by damage to the vessels of the liver, are described in detail. PH-negotative myelopoliferative diseases are highlighted, including true polycythemia, essential thrombocythemia, primary myelofibrosis. Possible complications were discussed (thrombosis in the leading vein system) in patients with myelopoliferative diseases. The hereditary and acquired thrombophilia, including diagnostic methods and tactics of patients with this pathology, are considered.
