The textbook was prepared in accordance with the discipline of the “legal foundations of pharmaceutical activity”, taught for several years to students of senior courses of the pharmaceutical faculty of the Belgorod National Research University. The study of the discipline ensures the formation of professional competencies laid down in the draft educational standard for training specialists in the specialty "Pharmacy". The textbook is the first attempt to state the legal basis for the functioning of pharmaceutical organizations in the Russian Federation in the first place to pharmacy organizations where most graduates of pharmaceutical universities and faculties work. The textbook includes legal analysis of those legal issues that are directly necessary for the successful implementation of pharmaceutical activity and without knowledge of which it is impossible to present the successful work of the pharmacy organization, especially since pharmaceutical organizations, as a rule, do not have their own legal service.
The textbook is intended for both students studying in the specialty "Pharmacy" and all those related to the issues of treatment of medicines in the Russian Federation. The textbook was prepared as of the law for January 2017
