This leadership presents information regarding innovative technologies for the performance of intestinal anastomoses in children using laparoscopy. The authors brought readers closer to the fact that the future treatment of anomalies and diseases of the digestive tract in childhood is in the hands of endoscopic surgeons. The publication showed the technique of creating laparoscopic intestinal anastomoses, which can serve as a guide for surgeons, for the first time performing minimally invasive interventions on the organs of the gastrointestinal tract in children. It is emphasized that the boundaries of laparoscopy in the treatment of diseases of the digestive system in children can be significantly expanded due to the inclusion of a much wider range of abnormalities of the digestive tract.
