The monograph outs the most pressing issues of diagnosis and treatment of intestinal invagination in children. Data on the history of the issue, classification of the disease, diagnostic algorithm are presented. The most frequent errors in the diagnosis of this disease in children are considered, the choice of therapeutic tactics on the basis of an experimental study of the safety of conservative treatment of intestinal invagination in pediatric practice is substantiated in detail. The methods of conservative treatment of this condition in children are described, an analysis of the own practical results of their application is presented. Separately, the issues of surgical treatment of intestinal invagination in children are considered, an economic comparison of the treatment methods for this condition is given.
