The aim of the publication is to cover the main clinical tasks set before the pathologist in the state health system, as well as the algorithm for solving them using modern scientific discoveries, technical achievements and experience of practical work accumulated at the preceding historical stages of service development. The procedure for conducting intravital and posthumous diagnostics in a medical institution is set out in the manual in accordance with the current at the time of writing by relevant orders and recommendations.
Consideration of individual issues relating to the procedure for sending the bodies of the deceased for autopsy and a pathohystological study of biopsy and surgical material, it is important to optimize the interaction of doctors of various clinical specialties when prescribing and conducting pathological diagnostics. The introduction of a real manual of the section on the children"s pathologist service is due to the understanding of the importance of the development of the children"s pathological service and the attention paid by the authorities, law and order and the medical community of children"s and maternal mortality.
The manual is intended for residents undergoing training in the training program for highly qualified personnel in the specialty 08/31/07 "Pathological Anatomy", as well as to students of senior medical universities
