The fifth edition of the textbook is written in full accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education (Federal State Educational Standard) in the field of preparation on 05/31/01 “Treatment” (the level of specialty) in the discipline “Faculty of Faculty of” therapy.
The textbook is aimed at the formation of competencies of the Federal State Educational Standard in 3+: OPK-9, PK-5, PK-6, PK-8, PK-9, PK-10, PK-11, PK-14, PK-15, PK-15, PK-16.
The structure of the textbook is built in such a way that each module for faculty therapy-pulmonology, cardiology, gastroenterology, nephrology, rheumatology, hematology-begins with clinical and functional anatomy of the relevant organs and systems, pathochemistry, pathophysiology and propaedeutics of internal diseases, which illuminates Methods of clinical research and semiotics of the corresponding section of therapy. This allows the student to recall all three previous training courses and optimally prepare for the assimilation of the material of the corresponding module for faculty therapy. Further, a private pathology is revealed in detail, which is presented according to the faculty principle: determination of the disease, its etiology and pathogenesis, clinical picture, diagnosis, differential diagnosis, treatment and prevention. The most relevant sections of therapy provide a detailed description of pharmacological drugs and their clinical use.
In the preparation of this textbook, the standards and clinical recommendations of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, the All -Russian Scientific Society of Cardiologists, the European Society of Cardiologists and other Russian and foreign professional communities were used.
