The training manual provides a description of the most common laboratory and instrumental diagnostic methods in the clinical practice, including clinical and biochemical blood tests, studies of the system of hemostasis, immunological studies, electrocardiography, ultrasound, radiological, radionuclide and endoscopic research methods, methods of modern assessment of the functional state organs and systems. The technique of each method, indications and contraindications to its use, methods for evaluating deviations from normal indicators and interpretation of the results are described in detail.
