Grunder U. implantation in aesthetically significant zone. The phased algorithm for treatment planning // implants have largely expanded the modern possibilities of dental treatment. 1 however, despite the fact that scientific research and clinical experience, of course, confirm the high efficiency of implantation, get the optimal aesthetic result when prosthetics on implants are not easy at all. When evaluating, only from the point of view of the function, the success of implantological treatment lies in the very fact of the survival of the implant. In this case, a decrease in bone support of the implant by 1-2 mm is considered insignificant for its viability. If the purpose of therapy is to create a satisfactory appearance of the dentition, then the recession of the marginal gums can even lead to failure by 1 mm. In addition, the achievement of the optimal aesthetic result is often difficult to adversely local biological factors. It is not surprising that this task remains one of the most difficult in dentistry. In the human body, teeth perform a special function, including the effects of vision on the alveolar comb and adjacent soft tissues. In those areas where, as a result of abnormal processes, the formation and development of the tooth does not occur, the alveolar comb does not develop. Thus, it is the teeth that determine the features of remodeling of bone and soft tissues, and the presence of teeth directly provides a harmonious combination of the structures of the oral cavity and the appearance of the face as a whole. The loss of teeth leads to atrophy of the bones that supports them and a change in the topography of soft tissues, which is inevitably accompanied by a deterioration in aesthetic result. Therefore, in aesthetically significant zone, it is very important to take the necessary measures aimed at preventing or compensating for adverse changes in the alveolar comb. Moreover, tooth extraction is often carried out against the background of an infectious process that determines a different type of bone reduction - its inflammatory resorption. The favorable outcome of implantological treatment equally depends on the correct choice and surgical and orthopedic stages. Each of these stages is divided into several successive stages. Such a complicated clinical process can be successfully implemented only with a clear understanding of the possibilities and restrictions of all planned manipulations. The concepts of implantological treatment aimed at obtaining a high aesthetic result, generally converge on the need to evaluate certain clinically significant factors in each case. As you know, the same goal can be achieved using several options for therapy. The author does not claim that the materials and methods presented in this book are the only possible, but the effectiveness of most of them is confirmed by many years of clinical experience. Each manipulation is described in detail in the text and demonstrated using clinical slides. In this case, the features of the use of alternative approaches are noted. In the following chapters, not only general recommendations are given, but also many details of their practical application are discussed, which is reflected in the name of this monograph. For the predicted achievement of optimal results and in order to avoid unpleasant surprises, it is very important to choose the correct treatment strategy and strictly follow it, taking into account many factors // The goods are carefully packed in a cardboard box to protect against mechanical damage
