This book discusses in detail issues regarding the possibility of determining various metals in histological drugs (methods of histochemistry of metals) The methods of histochemistry of metals are the necessary addition to the methods of determining metals in tissue samples, such as atomic-aborregnation spectrometry and mass-csktrometry, since they allow you to evaluate the intracellular distribution of the studied metal. The book presents information about the classical and modern methods of histochemistry of the most important metals - manganese, calcium, zinc, iron, copper, lead, cadmium, mercury, barium, strontium, silver, gold, the definition of which at the cellular and tissue levels is of interest with scientific and scientific and scientific and clinical point of view. In some cases, examples of diseases are given in which histochemistry methods can be used with a diagnostic purpose. The book is addressed to a wide range of specialists using histological and histochemical methods in morphological diagnosis and in scientific work (histologists, pathologists, neurobiologists, physiologists, pharmacologists, forensic experts).
