This collection includes recommendations for the prevention of diseases and the treatment of diseases of the famous Bulgarian spiritual teacher and healer Peter Mrocov (1864-1944) They are excerpts from the 152-volume meeting of the author’s conversations. P. Dvinov (spiritual name - Beins Duno) argued that he has the one who has the mind, heart and will in complete harmony, and the causes of diseases should be sought not only among external factors, but also within themselves - in thoughts, feelings and desires . P. Dzonov gives a number of original and valuable techniques that belong to the sphere of hygiene and are easily feasible.
