The textbook contains relevant information on the prevention, treatment and rehabilitation of women with gynecological diseases, based on modern evidence -based medicine data. The most important aspects of the activities of the average medical personnel (midwives) are described in detail. Significantly revised the section "Semiotics, diagnosis and treatment of female diseases." The book is supplemented by information about the ontogenesis of the female body, gynecology of childhood and adolescence gynecology, general sexology, forecasting and prevention of gynecological diseases. Particular attention is paid to sections on the planning of the family and the prevention of abortion, the detection of precancerous diseases of the body and cervix, the mammary glands, as well as emergency care for gynecological patients at the stages of routing.
The textbook was created in accordance with the State Educational Standard of the Russian Federation "Obstetroe". Specialists with extensive experience in secondary medical educational institutions, teachers of medical universities, specialists of specialized research institutes and organizers of the obstetrication service of the Russian Federation took part in the preparation of the publication.
The publication is intended for students of medical schools and colleges (specialty "Obstetrian business"), and can also be useful to practitioners of midwives and students of medical schools and colleges that receive education in other specialties.
