The manual on the basis of modern documents presents information about the organization in the conditions of the feldsher-obstetric center (FAP) of medical care on the obstetric and gynecological profile, primarily a preventive orientation, the provision of special medical care during a normal and complicated pregnancy, and, if necessary, clans outside the hospital , routing and transportation of patients. Separate chapters are devoted to gynecological assistance with an emphasis on emergency conditions. The monograph is completed by the section on the legal liability of the midwife and applications containing extracts from regulatory acts, including on personnel, material and technical, transportation and rights of managers to change the staffing of the FAP (2020).
The management was compiled taking into account the government program for overcoming the “collapse of primary medical care” (V.V. Putin) in the Russian Federation, the beginning of which will be the revival of FAP as the basis of rural medicine that assisted each 4th resident of the country. The publication also used a number of important documents adopted over the past decade in order to regulate and optimize the activities of the primary links of domestic healthcare. Conceptually generalized information about the organization and new technologies of the midwife FAP as the first stage of regionalization and routing of pregnant women and women in labor to reduce maternal mortality of herbal women, which is significantly higher than that in urban settlements.
The publication is intended for midwife and the head of the FAP and medical outpatient clinics, the chief doctors of the central district hospitals and their deputies for maternalism and childhood, the chief specialists of the region for obstetrics and gynecology, the leaders and the main obstetrician-gynecologists of regional healthcare bodies, and doctors General practice, teachers of medical colleges with a degree in obstetrics and gynecology
