Cyanacrilatic glue prison is one of the new and promising methods for eliminating reflux on trunk subcutaneous veins in patients with varicose veins of the lower extremities. Its obvious advantages are considered to be the absence of the need for testacent anesthesia and elastic compression, the comfort of the procedure, a low level of perioperative pain, which causes rapid rehabilitation and high satisfaction of patients.
The real leadership is the experience of the Flebology Center "SM-Click", where more than 400 adhesive sprinkles of veins are executed annually. The book briefly sets out the history of the method and an overview of the glue closing systems of veins. The mechanism of action of glue, indications and contraindications, as well as a visual step -by -step protocol of the procedure, features of postoperative conducting patients, possible side effects and complications, are described. In compressed form, the own results of the treatment of patients are reflected. The application separately shows the algorithm of the doctor’s actions with adhesive prison of the veins, the templates of the protocols of operations, illustrations of clinical cases and issues for testing.
