National guidelines are the first series of practical guidelines in basic medical specialties, including all the basic information necessary for the doctor for continuous postgraduate education. In contrast to most other guidelines, national guidelines, equal attention is paid to the prevention, diagnosis, pharmacotherapy and the use of modern technical means necessary to maintain and replace the functions of vital organs.
National leadership "General medical practice" includes almost all sections of clinical medicine that are within the competence of a general practitioner (family doctor), and covers them taking into account modern recommendations based on evidence -based medicine. The main attention is focused on providing primary health care.
The management was published in two volumes. The second volume includes sections of outpatient surgery and traumatology, gerontological care in the ACP, diseases of the organ of vision and the ENT of organs, the skin, as well as the health of women, children and adolescents, infectious diseases with tuberculosis, and sexually transmitted diseases. Certain chapters are devoted to the issues of assisting in acute conditions in the OVP and the description of a number of manipulations used in the work of a general practitioner.
In the preparation of this publication, leading specialists of general medical practice (family medicine), as well as specialists of a number of clinical medicine, took part as authors and reviewers. All recommendations have passed the stage of independent review.
The manual is intended for general practitioners (family doctors), other doctors providing primary health care (precinct therapists), for medical-specialized healthcare facilities, as well as for interns, clinical residents and graduate students
