Gastroesophageal reflux disease is one of the most important problems of modern gastroenterology due to high prevalence in the Russian Federation and in the world, a large number of established factors in damage to esophageal mucous membrane, the presence of esophageal and non -dose manifestations, the similarity of the symptoms of the disease with the functional disorders of the esophagus and with frequent disorders and frequent problems of their drug correction.
This publication describes in detail the mechanisms of action, the pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic properties of drugs that eliminate the effects of the acid-peptic factor on the esophageal mucous membrane, and the features and factors of risk in their use are given.
