The textbook is written in accordance with the State Educational Standard and the Program, developed by the All-Russian educational and methodological center for continuous medical and pharmaceutical education. It consists of two sections: the first is the general issues of the pathology that underlie diseases, and in the second - the private pathology of the main systems and organs. For independent work, students are offered a program for self -learning and pedagogical control.
The textbook is focused on the training of students of medical schools and colleges studying in the specialties "Therapeutic business", "nursing", "obstetric business" and "dentistry".
