The problem of functional disorders of the digestive organs is relevant for pediatricians and gastroenterologists in connection with their significant prevalence. This book is devoted to the issues of etiology, pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment of this group of diseases in childhood. Diseases are considered in the light of modern classification (Roman criteria IV and international classification of diseases) Treatment is discussed taking into account the actual views on pathogenesis (biopsychosocial model) and the modern possibilities of drug therapy. In conclusion, domestic recommendations are given for the diagnosis and treatment of functional disorders of the digestive organs in children, developed by a group of experts of the Society of Children"s Gastroenterologists, hepatologists and nutriziologists, leading specialists in the field of children"s gastroenterology, adopted by the autumn of 2019
