The textbook is devoted to manual therapy. Consists of 2 parts. The first considered a number of theoretical issues: modern ideas about the barrier function of the motor system, the concept of articular game, the features of functional blocks of various genesis. Pathobiomechanical changes in the muscles are considered: functional relaxation and myofascial pain syndromes. The concept of fibromyalgia, regional postural muscle imbalance is given. The issues of kinesiotherapy, visceral therapy and craniosacral mechanism are highlighted.
In the second part of the textbook, a modern morphofunctional characteristic of all joints is given in normal and with pathobiomechanical disorders. Diagnosis of damage to the capsule-ligamentous apparatus of a number of joints is described. Acquaintance with the features of the structure of various departments of the spine and its transition zones, biomechanics and pathobiomechanics of these departments was made. Information is presented about the somatic dysfunction of individual vertebrae. Pathobiomechanical changes in the muscles are described, the localization of trigger points and patterns of reflected pain in them. The connection of internal organs and functionally changed muscles is shown. Clinical options for damage to the peripheral nervous system are given. The issues of Dorsalgia are considered.
