The book "Judicial Psychiatry for Future Lawyers" is devoted to various issues of forensic psychiatry, who faced future lawyers and young specialists in the first years of work. The tasks of forensic psychiatry are covered at the present stage of development of this science and society, criteria for the appointment of forensic psychiatric examination and the complexity of its preparation.
Given the fact that the combination of legal knowledge with medical is rare, the book describes in detail the clinical aspects of the mental disorders and certain forms of mental illness. Much attention is paid to the organizational issues of forensic psychiatry in Russia, forensic -psychiatric approaches to various forms of mental disorders and manifestations of psychopathology in complex age groups - minors and elderly sub expense. Attention was paid to examinations in criminal and civil proceedings. The criteria for the social danger of mentally ill and recommended medical measures are described in detail.
