The second edition of the book is supplemented by new chapters on the borders of using the knowledge of a specialist in criminal and civil proceedings, forensic psychiatric examinations for family disputes. Given the modern requirements, the chapters have been processed and supplemented by the subject and tasks of forensic psychiatric examination, criminal procedure, expert research in connection with the contesting of psychiatric assistance. The theoretical and organizational and methodological foundations of forensic psychiatric activity are set out in detail. Expert problems have been dismantled in the criminal process, including the idea of the principles of examination of the victims.
