The textbook sets out the issues of organizing medical care to the wounded in large -scale and local wars, a characteristic of modern combat injury is given, scientifically based information about the injuries in the wounded, multi -stage surgical treatment ("Damage Control Surgary"), a long -term syndrome is given. compression, combined lesions, infectious complications of injuries, endododeoosurgery of combat injury, anesthesiological and resuscitological assistance to the wounded. In private sections, the principles of diagnosis and treatment of injuries of various localization, combat political studies, and the mining wounds are described. Particular attention is paid to the content and methodology of the provision of first medical assistance to the wounded. Applications include the text of the scales of an objective assessment of the severity of the injury of the VPH system.
