The book presents the clinical features and nature of the course of various diseases of the maxillofacial region in patients with diseases of the blood system.
Assessment of the effectiveness of the use of the main methods of surgical manual in the conditions of a hematological hospital in patients with pathology of the coagulation and hematopoietic systems having diseases of the maxillofacial region. The new method of plastic surgery has been described in detail and an assessment of its effectiveness in patients with hemophilia has been evaluated. The effectiveness of methods for the prevention of bleeding and optimization of healing of holes after teeth removes using silicone membrane and pussy seam was also assessed. The principles of surgical dental care for patients with diseases of the coagulation and hematopoietic systems are developed and substantiated, depending on the severity and form of the underlying disease. The organizational and clinical aspects of the provision of surgical dental care for patients with a pathology of the blood system in outpatient and stationary stages have been determined.
The work is illustrated by photographs, drawings and diagrams, analytical tables are given.
