Fascia is a biodynamic tissue connecting all muscles, bones, organs and nerves in the body. This is the latest trend in sports medicine, which gave us an alternative understanding of methods for treating injuries associated with movement. This book explores those phenomena by which the organization of superficial and deep fascial layers facilitates the functioning of various systems, and also shows the mechanisms by which the fascial system interferes or prevents the work of our body:
- a project of plasticization of the fascial network.
- innervation of fascia, neuropathy of the fascial capture ("pinching" of the nerve).
- Anatomy, physiology and pathophysiology of fascia.
- fascia, non-optimal vascular function and somatic dysfunction.
- the clinical consequences of the influence of hormones on fascia
