This book is not for all obstetrician-gynecologists. It is not intended for the residency that has just graduated or convinced that they have done everything right for decades and do not need to rethink the accumulated doctrines of clinical medicine from the standpoint of Evidence Based Medicine, based on the proven. Reproductive medicine is in dire need of reliable ways to overcome infertility due to the historical need to counteract both reducing the birth rate in general and depopulation in developed countries.
In the publication, the most objectively presented existing versions and sometimes contradictory results of studies of various aspects of female and male inferity. The main theories are presented, proven and not very proven provisions that are really necessary for the doctor to overcome barren marriage. Diagnostic algorithms were discussed that do not always coincide with some methods, and most importantly, the possible and so far impossible ways to solve the problem, more and more determining the population potential, development and safety of many countries of the world.
