The monograph is devoted to kidney surgery and renal arteries “outside the body”, in which the history of the first extracorporeal operations is covered in detail, and indications for their implementation are substantiated. The authors have developed an original methodology for orthotopic extracorporeal interventions with central kidney cancer and aneurysm of the renal arteries. The monograph contains modern views on various options for the technique of extracorporeal interventions and an autotransplantation of the kidney. The technique of surgical interventions proposed by the authors with rare variants of arteriovenous malformations of the renal vessels, the renocaval form of cancer and aneurysms of the branches of the renal arteries is given. The analysis of the immediate and distant results and the frequency of the occurrence of postoperative complications was carried out.
