Etiology, pathogenesis and the classification of poorly studied myelod and syndrome (MDS) have been developed. It has been established that myelodisplastic syndrome is not an independent process, it arises as a sign of the underlying disease that occurs when natural environmental factors and factors of developed technogenesis are influenced by a person, which determines a new treatment strategy aimed at identifying and blocking environmental toxicants. Based on the warning principle, the prevention and prognosis of diseases that occur with the phenomena of myelodisplay syndrome was developed. It was found that the forecast is serious and requires new organizational approaches not only in the field of healthcare, but also in the field of environmental policy.
