The leadership highlights some problems regarding the endoprosthetics of the hip joint. The author’s view has been set out on the problem of endoprosthetics of patients with coxarthrosis with external rotational contracture of the hip joint. The authors are divided by the experience of applying additive technologies in the treatment of patients with a pathology of the hip joint. The designed surgical treatment of patients with coksartrosis with external rotational contracture of the hip joint, original operational methods using additive technologies make it possible to restore biomechanics and the function of the hip joint, increase the efficiency of rehabilitation of patients with coxarthrosis after endoprosthetics of the hip joint.
