With endometriosis, I have a double relationship: professional and personal. In the family circle, I had to closely communicate with women who suffered from severe endometriosis. I saw how this disease influenced all spheres of their life. At work, I am dealing with endometriosis and as a researcher, and in the course of constant learning, and with daily communication with patients. From the very beginning, since I understand how helpless they feel, my motivation to provide them with support only intensifies.
Although the prevalence of endometriosis among women of reproductive age can reach 10%, knowledge and awareness of it to this day is not enough. It is for these reasons that I decided to write a book for patients, detailed, informative, accurate from the perspective of science. A book that reflects my experience in this specialty, and allows you to speak with patients in an understandable language
