Endogenous uveites reflect the general condition of the body, occur after various infectious and non -infectious diseases. They represent a complex and highly significant problem in scientific-medical and social planes- childish, young, able-bodied age of patients, difficulties in clarification of etiology, severe course, relapse, complications, long-term multifaceted treatment, high frequency of vision disability. The book includes 36 lectures from the cycle "Endogenous Useites", intended for postgraduate formation of ophthalmologists (21 lectures are more than in the first edition) The lectures provide data from domestic and foreign literature, the experience of the department and the results of the author’s own long -term research. Some lectures are significantly or completely processed, the majority are supplemented by modern data. The special importance of evaluating the clinical picture of uveites, followed by the use of diagnostic tests and laboratory-immunological studies necessary to clarify the etiology, phase of activity and determination of adequate therapy, is shown.
