The volume of medical knowledge in the field of clinical endocrinology has been growing rapidly recently, which has been associated with the rapid improvement of technical means of diagnosis, on the one hand, and the development of a whole spectrum of fundamentally new drugs - on the other. In this regard, there is a need to provide the endocrinologist of modern information, which he could quickly use in his daily practice.
To implement this goal, the book used the original systematization of knowledge in the field of endocrinology, which facilitates not only the search for the necessary information, but also its memorization. In particular, in the specially highlighted section "Endocrine syndromes" are presented both syndrome diagnostics and syndrome treatment. And in the section"yndocrine diseases" previously described endocrine syndromes make up part of the manifestations of the disease and are not re -described. This made it possible to pay more attention to the characteristics of the differential diagnosis of endocrine diseases and their pathogenetic treatment. The book also presents Internet links for professional resources that will allow the doctor to constantly maintain high professionalism, since the Internet is updated faster than in the next publications of manuals for doctors.
