In the monograph, the Encyclopedia of Children"s Torakoabdominal Oncosurgery "presents the current state of oncosurgery of the chest tumors, the abdominal organs and retroperitoneal localization in children. The book contains 160 colored and black and white illustrations (types of surgical interventions, computer tomograms and schematic images) The features of the methods of surgical interventions with tumors of different localizations with the bringing of clinical observations are analyzed in detail. Particular attention is paid to the anesthesiological support and selection of surgical access. In addition, epidemiology, statistics, basic classifications and methods of combined treatment are considered. An important place is the analysis of postoperative complications and a scrupulous analysis of its own material. I would like to note that this is the first monograph released in our country and dedicated to children"s thoracoabdominal oncosurgery.
