This publication is a practical guide for emergency radiology. The monograph was written by leading European and American radiologists edited by the well-known and in our country of professors R.F. Dondelinger (Belgium) and B. Marinchek (Switzerland).
In the Russian translation, the leadership consists of two parts. The first part describes all types of traumatic injuries of organs and systems, in the second part - non -component emergency conditions. This book presents the methods of radiation diagnostics in injuries and methods of three -dimensional processing of radiation images in the diagnosis of emergency states - from traditional to the latest, the algorithms of their use are given depending on the type of pathology. The authors set out the experience of using various methods of interventional radiology (embolization, stenting, etc) in the treatment of early and late complications of injuries. Further, methods for the diagnosis of traumatic damage to all the main organs and systems of the human body, as well as injuries of all bones of the skeleton, muscles, joints and soft tissues, blood vessels, brain and parenchymal organs are considered in detail.
