The book sets out material on emergency states in diabetology, thyroidology, pathology of the adrenal glands, parathyroid glands. Various clinical variants and principles of emergency therapy of ketoacidotic hypoglycemic, hyperosmolar and lactacidemic coma are considered, taking into account the recommendations of the federal target program “Diabetes Sugar”. Emergency states in thyroidology reflect a thyrotoxic crisis and hypothyroidist to whom, with the pathology of the adrenal glands- addison crisis and pheochromocyte, as well as hyper- and hypocalcemic crises.
