This publication considers the urgent problem of modern reproductive medicine - the treatment of infertility associated with genital endometriosis of different localizations. Modern data on etiologies, epidemiology, pathogenesis, histomorphological and clinical manifestations of genital endometriosis that affects the peritoneum of the pelvis in the genital area, ovaries, uterus and retro -cervical region are presented. A review of existing diagnostic methods used to identify and assess the prevalence of various forms of genital endometriosis. The treatment of endometriosasized infertility using pharmacological and surgical means of restoring natural fertility and the use of auxiliary reproductive technologies based on the extraperture procedure are considered. Practical tips for conducting infertile patients with endometriosis are given, taking into account the severity of the disease, determined on the basis of endoscopic and non -invasive methods of visualization, as well as the age of patients and the condition of their ovarian reserve
