This manual is devoted to a new and relevant problem for specialists of the IDS-the features of conducting extra-corporal fertilization programs (ECO) in HIV-infected patients. It is known that according to the order of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation No. 107n of 2012, discordant couples are subject to treatment with auxiliary reproduction. Although the legislative act exists, there are no research to date and there is no clinical experience that would allow you to effectively and safely use IVF programs to rehabilitate the reproductive function of HIV-infected patients. There are more and more such patients, which undoubtedly creates certain difficulties in practical work and interferes with the effective conduct of medical measures.
