The relevance of the next publication of this leadership for obstetrician-gynecologists is due to the entry into force of the new procedure for the provision of obstetric and gynecological care, approved in 2020, and the new approved clinical recommendations. Civilized treatment in the world is regulated precisely by clinical recommendations (protocols) - this is the only protection of patients from "initiative" of doctors, and medical workers from unreasonable claims and judicial claims.
The need for new information about changes in drug provision of approved clinical protocols, new data on pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics of drugs, and most importantly, contraindications to their appointment, was confirmed by the demand for two publications of this book. The third edition, unlike the recent (2019), is not only the next step towards increasing the literacy of the doctor, the legitimacy of his actions, but also the information received over the past two years, which changes the idea of the need/unnecessary of the usual recovery schemes of women.
The book is addressed to the heads of medical organizations and their deputies for medical and administrative and economic activities, heads of departments and doctors of gynecological, obstetric departments and women"s consultations, teachers of medical universities and institutions of secondary professional medical education.
