Disorders of mineral and bone metabolism in chronic kidney disease

The leadership presents new data on factors involved in the regulation of phosphorus homeostasis, vitamin D and bone mineralization in chronic kidney disease, among which serious pathogenetic significance is attached to morphogenetic proteins-the growth factor of fibroblasts-23 (FGF-23), and the soluble form of the Cloto protein ( S-Klotho) and glycoprotein sclerostin.
The obtained own results, indicating the possibility of changing the products of the FGF-23, S-Klotho and Sclerostin, under the influence of cardionephroprotective therapy, confirm the validity of its use from the early stages of chronic kidney disease. The results of the study reveal new prospects for further improvement of nephroprotheia based on a personified approach taking into account the degree of violation in the system of morphogenetic proteins and glycoprotein of sclerostin.
