The publication contains generalized data on the influence of large -scale disasters and emergency situations (accidents at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant (1986), Spitat earthquakes (1988) and others) on the mental health of the population, and modern issues of diagnosis and therapy of the most frequently observed in this case of non -human (border) mental mental disorders.
