The purpose of the publication is to help the doctor develop the skill of formulating a detailed clinical diagnosis, in which not only the name of the disease would be reflected, but also its features as the clinical form, course, the main clinical syndromes that determine the workability and disability, the complications of the main and the presence of concomitant diseases. A detailed clinical diagnosis contributes to the correct choice of examination and treatment tactics.
