The textbook contains information regarding the problem of diathesis and hereditary predisposition, which most clearly manifest in early childhood, laying the individual"s health foundation at the subsequent stages of development. The issues of diagnosis of diathesis, clinical-annamic information about lymphatic diathesis and lymphatism, tactics for conducting childhood patients and medical care in different situations are considered. Data on the most common variants of dysmetabolic predisposition - exudative -catarrhal and oral diathesis, as well as fibroplastic diathesis, which is a preventive tissue dysplasia, are presented.
