The book presents in detail the diagnostic capabilities of ultrasound in the first trimester of pregnancy and the features of diagnosis in its pathological course. The embryology and anatomy of the first trimester, stages of embryonic development, as well as types of pathological pregnancy are described in detail. The clinical features of specific violations (in particular, ectopic pregnancy and its forms), possible demographic characteristics, natural course and prognosis, as well as the principles of treatment and observation are given. Separately, the volumetric formations of uterine appendages during pregnancy and the pathology of the fetal egg are separately examined.
