The leadership presents the generally accepted and latest technologies for the diagnosis and treatment of the urgent problem of urondrology - venogenic erectile dysfunction. The methods of traditional general clinical, ultrasound and x-ray methods of examination, as well as additional methods for diagnosing computed and magnetic resonance imaging, laser floometry are described in detail. The effectiveness of conservative drug treatment and the possibility of using extraperational shock wave therapy are substantiated. Traditional surgical surgery, as well as alternative microsurgical and radiographic interventions, are described. The pathomorphological characteristic of structural-functional changes in the penis in patients with venogenic erectile dysfunction is presented.
