The purpose of the leadership is to familiarize readers with the causes of intracous hemorrhage and modern approaches to its diagnosis and secondary prevention. The book contains risk factors and principles for determining the etiology of the disease. Intermodic hemorrhage associated with hypertension, cerebral amyloid angii, structural anomalies of blood vessels, anticoagulants and cerebral venous thrombosis is characterized. Directions of the examination in hemorrhagic stroke are presented, neuroizuasis markers of cerebral micriangiopathy are detailed, in particular cerebral micro -circle of outpouring and cortical surface siderosis. Diagnostic criteria for each pathogenetic variant of intracerebral hemorrhage were discussed. The issues of primary prevention of the disease are highlighted. The problem of the development of hemorrhagic stroke as complications of antitrombotic therapy has been considered. The approaches to secondary prevention, including antihypertensive and hypolipidemic therapy, are actualized. Particular attention is paid to the appointment or renewal of anti -agent and anticoagulant therapy after hemorrhagic stroke. Diagnostic algorithms developed on the basis of the clinical experience of the authors are presented.
