A guide for doctors, the authors of which are scientists and practicing doctors of the Ambulance Research Institute for them. N.V. Sklifosovsky, published edited by a corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Sciences S.S. Petrikova, reflects the main diagnostic, therapeutic and rehabilitation technologies used for the verification and intensive therapy of a new coronavirus infection of varying severity.
Each of the chapters is devoted to separate diagnostic or therapeutic technological complexes and is accompanied by detailed lists of literature on the concerned problem. A separate chapter summarizes the experience of emergency deployment of resuscitation departments and issues of optimal planning of the bed fund, taking into account the existing technical, financial and personnel capabilities, as well as various options for the development of pandemia.
Recommendations for medical and diagnostic measures developed as soon as possible are based on national and international standards for the provision of medical care and are reliably characterized by high efficiency and safety.
