The book is the first volumetric publication devoted to dermatoscopic diagnosis of the main groups of skin diseases, both often found in daily practice and quite rare. It presents a structured generalization of dermatoscopic diagnostics criteria and the corresponding pathomorphological changes in papular, papular, granulomatous dermatoses, diseases of the connective tissue, and fatal localization dermatoses. Separate chapters are devoted to dermatoscopic diagnosis of erythema, dermatoses, which occur with impaired pigmentation, lymphopoliferative diseases, infectious and parasitic skin diseases. Dermatoscopic signs of pathological changes in hair and nails of various etiologies are considered. Particular attention is paid to the possibilities of the use of dermatoscopy for monitoring the effect of therapy. The book is illustrated by many clinical and dermatoscopic images.
